Roland M. Roos, CPA - Owner
Roland has been the owner at Roland Roos & Company, Fresno CPA for more than twenty years. His consulting and tax planning expertise has contributed to the growth and success of his clients. Roland treats every one of his clients as if they were his only clients, priding himself on building trusted, lasting relationships.
Receiving his California CPA License in July, 1971, Roland is also licensed to practice in Nevada and Florida, and is a proud member of the AICPA. In addition, Roland serves on several Nonprofit Board of Directors and serves as a volunteer at his church.
Heidi Roos - Audit Senior Manager
Heidi has over twenty years of experience as an accountant and is currently the firm's Audit Senior Manager. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from National University in 1998 with a B.S. in Accountancy, she is a proud member of the California Society of CPA's. Her focus and dedication in finding solutions to business problems is what clients value most.
Heidi's primary experience includes performing and managing many of the firm's non-for-profit audits in addition to providing tax services for individuals and businesses. Outside of the office, you'll find Heidi spending time with her family, traveling, pilates, or reading.
Raymond Thant, CPA - Senior Accountant
Raymond joined our firm in August 2014. He has fifteen years of experience in tax compliance, accounting and bookkeeping, payroll, planning and research, and consulting. Raymond provides these services to numerous industries, including agribusiness, real estate, manufacturing, construction, and nonprofit organizations.
Graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois, Raymond received both his MBA and MS in Accountancy. He is a member of AICPA and California Society of CPA's.
Tyler M. McNabb, CPA - Business Advisor
Tyler has a graduate degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and most recently worked at RSM US LLP, where he provided tax solutions to middle market private equity funds and high net-worth individuals.
Tyler has now rejoined our firm. With a focus on taxation and consulting, he provides services to individuals, local businesses, and nonprofit organizations. He also assists with Quickbooks accounting and auditing for several clients.
Tyler is currently studying for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation to enhance his asset management skills, and to gain further access to resources in the financial sector. Tyler plans to start providing financial planning services to new and existing clients.
